Central Research Laboratory

In a bid to realize her noble objective, the Management of the Central Laboratory establishes a critical mass of academics and technologists with requisite knowledge of the operations of each item of major equipment by organizing hands-on trainings regularly.

A two-week hands-on training on HPLC equipment was organized in the month of December 2014. There was a total of ten participants comprising four academics and six technologists drawn from five departments namely the Central Research Laboratory (PJOCRL), Biochemistry (BCH), Chemistry (CHE), Crop, Soil and Pest Management (CSP), and Food Science and Technology FST). The trainer is an expert on the equipment with both academic and technical qualifications.
